This ticket type is ONLY for a SoCal ACMA Member's family or friend. The family or friend should also not be in a CM/TOC role.

This ticket is for non-ACMA members (RNS, SWs, MDs and other CM support roles) who practice in Case Management and Transitions of Care. The fee for purchasing this ticket can be applied towards a year of ACMA Membership.

*Must be an exhibitor for the conference.

-five minutes on the mic to speak to attendees during the event

-logo on designated area(s)

-inclusion in the opening remarks by the SoCal Chapter Leaders to attendees during the event

-logo on PowerPoint slide to be presented at the beginning of the event

-(Optional) include promotional collateral piece in a swag bag to be given to all attendees of the event (supporter is responsible for all associated production and shipment costs)
