2026 Sidney Fall Festival

Thank you for your interest in participating as a food vendor at Sidney's Fall Festival on September 26, 2026! We are excited to have you be part of this community celebration.

Food trucks will be assigned to locations along East Main Street, 2nd Street SE/SW, and potentially 3rd Street SE/SW depending on final event logistics and vendor participation.

All food vendors must arrive and complete setup between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM. For safety and to maintain the integrity of the event layout, all vehicles must be removed from the street following setup unless otherwise approved by event organizers.

Please note that electricity will not be available at this event, and vendors should plan accordingly. Vendors are responsible for their own supplies, tables and chairs. Booth space is 10 x 20, you may purchase multiple spaces.

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Business by Kids marketplace at Sidney's Fall Festival on September 26, 2026! We are excited to provide this opportunity for young entrepreneurs to showcase their creativity, products, and business skills as part of this community celebration.

Business by Kids vendors will be assigned designated booth locations within the festival vendor area along East Main Street, 2nd Street SE/SW, and potentially 3rd Street SE/SW depending on final event logistics and participation.

All participants must arrive and complete setup between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. For safety and to maintain the integrity of the event layout, all vehicles must be removed from the street following setup unless otherwise approved by event organizers. A parent or guardian must be present during setup and throughout the duration of participation.

Thank you for your interest in participating as a downtown business in Sidney's Fall Festival on September 26, 2026! We are excited to partner with our local business community to create a vibrant, community-wide shopping and celebration experience.

Participating downtown businesses are encouraged to offer in-store specials and sidewalk sales throughout the day of the festival. Businesses will be promoted as part of the official event programming and are asked to help create a festive, welcoming atmosphere for visitors exploring downtown Sidney.

There is no formal setup time required for downtown participation; however, businesses are encouraged to be open and prepared for increased foot traffic throughout the day.
