Cancellation requests received on or before March 31, 2027 will receive a full refund of registration fees, less a $30 processing and administrative fee.

Cancellation requests received between April 1 and June 30, 2027 will receive a full refund of registration fees, less a $50 cancellation fee.

Youth Rate Eligibility
 To qualify for the youth rate, attendees must be 25 years old or younger on August 10, 2027. A photo ID will be checked at convention registration to confirm eligibility.

Attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a primary registrant.

Note that there are only a limited number of these scholarships available.

Each $125 contribution covers the difference between the youth rate and the full registration price, making one additional scholarship possible. You may sponsor one scholarship or contribute toward multiple scholarships.
