Maximum table size is 6',  If you need more space you can purchase more than one space. (limited space). Set up times are Friday 200pm-3:00pm, 2 hours before the event start time on Friday. You will be required to stay until the event is over.  You will not be allowed to drive your vehicle back into the festival for loading until after 8 p.m.on Friday. Each vendor space gets one parking space pass. The parking passes will be given to you at check-in. No refunds will be available for inside vendors unless event is canceled.

Set up times are 3 hours before the event start time on Friday. The parking passes will be given to you at check-in. If event is canceled we will offer refunds to all outside vendors. There will be ONLY be a limited number of food vendors accepted. Every effort will be made to not have duplicate food vendor food items.
