This option is for food vendors who do not need electricity for their booth, trailer, or tent setup.

  • If approved, payment will be collected in person at the Visit Lufkin office.

You’ll receive an official acceptance email with all vendor instructions if selected.

Food Vendor *With Electricity*

$150.00 +$4.79 fee

This option is for food vendors who require electricity (e.g., for warmers, fryers, or refrigeration). Power is limited and will be assigned based on availability and approval status. Please clearly describe your electrical needs in your application.

  • All applications will be reviewed by the Visit Lufkin team.

  • If approved, payment must be made in person at the Visit Lufkin office.

$60.00 +$2.10 fee

This ticket is for retail and non-profit vendors who do not require electricity for their booth space.

All applications will be reviewed by the Visit Lufkin team. Submitting this form does not guarantee approval.

If your application is accepted:

  • You will receive a confirmation email with setup details and next steps.

  • Only approved vendors will be asked to make payment in person at the Visit Lufkin office.
