Female / Age 18+! Every size & level welcome in this safe, welcoming, low pressure & low lit atmosphere where non dancers, beginners & experienced dancers can have fun & feel successful! *Class is 18+ but not necessarily R rated, it does not contain any nudity and in general is not R rated on vibe & language - although songs & moves may be adult-only appropriate in nature.
