Once you complete this, you are signed up.  Once you have paid with the instructions provided on the confirmation email, you will be a participant.

Only the first 12 people signed up, and paid for, will be eligible to participate in the workshop.  If an individual backs out, I will contact the next person on the waitlist.  We will also let those in the waitlist have first access to the next workshop that is offered.
