Delegate Eligibility Criteria
To ensure a meaningful and impactful conference experience, delegates must meet the following criteria:
- Be a member of CLL Advocates Network or have an active advocacy/support role within a patient organisation or group supporting people with CLL/SLL.
- Be able to communicate in English.
CLL Horizons 2026 is a unique opportunity to connect with fellow advocates, gain valuable insights, and contribute to the global conversation on CLL advocacy and patient support.
Registration
Registration for the 7th International CLL Horizons Conference is open for up to two participants per organisation, subject to eligibility.

All conference attendees, including first and second delegates, CLLAN Steering Committee members, operational staff, and funders’ representatives, are required to register using this form.
