The Document, Discipline, Dismiss Course provides a communication framework and easy-to-use tools for the safest ways to minimize risk when disciplining and/or terminating employees. Performance, supervision, discipline, and termination issues are addressed with a legally fit and educationally sound method that instills employee responsibility for quality performance and produces the appropriate paper trail.

Participants learn:
- how to address employee performance issues with legally-fit and educationally sound documentation;
- the skills needed to effectively deal with difficult performance-related issues;
- tools for consistent compliance with due process and just cause standards;
- how to distinguish between management rights and employee rights; and,
- ways to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.

The cost of the one-day training is $495 per participant and includes training materials, license agreement and access to the TRUE-SPEAK™ online tool.

McGrath Training Solutions is responsible for administering the courses and shipping required materials.

Copyright Protection: Buyer understands and agrees that all McGrath Courses and Workshops and their accompanying written training materials are copyright protected under Federal law. No part of the content of this training may be reproduced in any form or manner, including but not limited to digital scanning, photocopying, recording, videotaping, and/or converting to other electronic or digital format, without express written permission from McGrath.

No Resale: Buyer understands that they are prohibited from delivering all McGrath Courses and Workshops, in part or in whole, to any person or persons not within their employ. Buyer acknowledges that the restriction stated above is reasonable and is intended to preserve Contractor’s reputation and legitimate business interest in maintaining the integrity of all McGrath Courses and Workshops.

No Transfer: Buyer is not authorized to sell, lease or transfer the written training materials, or any portion thereof, to individuals or other organizations, for commercial gain or for any other purpose. Violation of these terms and conditions shall constitute a breach of this Contract and/or violation of Federal copyright laws.

Independent Contractor Status: In rendering the aforesaid services, it is mutually understood and agreed that McGrath shall at all times be acting and performing as an Independent Contractor and not as an employee of Buyer.
