Peer SupportPeer Support provides trained individuals - who have lived experience - offering support, encouragement, guidance and understanding that aid clients in their paths to recovery.
The Come Together Peer Support Group aims to support people living with and recovering from Mental Illness. These groups work to decrease isolation and increase recovery skills. Through the Come Together Peer Support Group, individuals are able to meet new people; share experiences and coping skills; as well as support one another in their recovery process.
Vocational ProgramThe Vocational Program is a training program intended to offer participants the opportunity to gain valuable employment skills, experience, and work. This service includes employment readiness assistance, work placement opportunities and post-employment support.

AdvocacyCMHA Moose Jaw provides advocacy in many ways by helping to identify resources to assist consumers of mental health services. CMHA Moose Jaw staff supports mental health consumers, their families, and supporters to contribute meaningful solutions that can help lead to a better quality of life.
Psychosocial Activities Our branch provides structured recreational, socialization and education activities for community members living with mental illness. Activities promote positive interactions, build self-confidence, and provide community and
centre-based programming access.
PEERS®The Program for the Education and Enrichment of Relational Skills (PEERS®) provides evidence-based social skills workshops for young adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), anxiety, depression, and other social-emotional challenges.
