By purchasing these tickets, I understand that I am able to participate in the Prom/Grad night event April 24th, 7pm – 11pm at an undisclosed location in South Orange County.

* BECKMAN SENIORS ONLY! 1 additional ticket can be purchased for a date ONLY (can be from another school and/or grade level). All names & contact info must be entered when registering, and a separate liability waiver submitted for any other person attending.

* I acknowledge that masks will be required upon entry,

* Venue is operating at 25% capacity with social distancing.

* Your school ID is required for entry, and a school or state ID is required for your date

* Dress code: FORMAL

* I acknowledge that NO alcohol will be allowed on the premises, that all ticket holders will be breathalyzed upon entry and exit of the event. Any person appearing to be under the influence will not be allowed to enter and no refund will be given.

I acknowledge that federal and state government officials have declared that there currently exists a public health crisis in our country related to the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (“COVID-19”). I understand that the venue cannot prevent the possible transmission or contraction of COVID-19 for myself/my child.
The ticket purchaser agrees to release, discharge, hold harmless and indemnify the venue, parent organizers, employees, officers, insurers, and others acting on events behalf. If (the “Releasees”), of and from any and all claims, demands, causes of action and/or legal liabilities for injuries to or death of my child occurring during, or resulting from, or participation in the above-mentioned program or activity and related in any way to COVID-19, even if the cause, damages or injuries are alleged to be the fault of or alleged to be caused by the negligence or carelessness of the Releasees.
