About the Panel: The panelists are
Karla T. Vasquez founder of
Salvi Soul who is currently documenting the stories of Salvadoran women and their recipes;
Bernie Molina author of
Herencia Cookbookwho celebrates her bicultural identity of Mexican-Salvadoran and published a book to honor her cultures; and last but not least
Alicia Maher award-winning author of Delicious El Salvador and chef recognized internationally for all her efforts to educate on Salvadoran dishes. The panel will be moderated by
Alexis Tirado, award-winning multi-platform storyteller. She is currently at Netflix leading Con Todo, the streamer's US Latino brand on the internet.
