Spend an evening with like-minded souls as we all stoke our inner flames through authentic connection, sound and Mindful Movement.

Mindful Movement is a practice that I have been evolving for some time now. Picture a guided mindfulness meditation that allows for movement and physical expression. The practice is guided throughout but the movement is all intuitive and you are free to move as much or as little as you please. Mindful Movement is a powerful method to let go of unwanted thoughts, limiting self-beliefs and to draw in strength and energy. There is no need for prior meditation experience as we will all be moving at our own pace.

Take your shoes off. Shake off your restrictions. Set yourself free.

Connect with beautiful people in a creative and supportive community where authenticity is imperative.

Your evening will be guided by your host, Logan Pike (more info below).
