Semi-Professional
Battle the Barber is a 2 category contest for barbers to show off their best skills in 2 categories. Entrance fee is $65 per category and the YBE Event ticket of $85 must be purchased for the contestant and the model to participate for this challenge.
Category 1 Fastest Fade a 20 minute contest focusing on speed. Sharpness of the fade should not be sacrificed. producing a supreme cut effectively and expeditiously.
Category 2 Total Look w/ Beard 30 minute contest removing at least 1/2 inch of hair from the entire head during the challenge.
Contestants will be judged for both categories on technical execution of styles originality. Suitability and head contour with new ideas. A contestant and model release form will be forwarded at the time of registration. Please have them signed upon arrival.
