Family-Based Faith Formation (Homeschool) - Register 1 Student

$100.00 +$3.30 fee

Register One Student for Family-Based Faith Formation (confirmation of enrollment in Family-Based Faith Formation is pending approval. You will be notified via email if approved for Family-Based format). Registration closes August 1st.

Family-Based Faith Formation (Homeschool) - Register 2 Students

$140.00 +$4.49 fee

Register 2 Students for Faith Formation (confirmation of enrollment in Family-Based Faith Formation is pending approval. You will be notified via email if approved for the Family-Based Format). Registration Closes August 1st.

Family-Based Faith Formation (Homeschool) - Register 3 Students or more*

$180.00 +$5.68 fee

Register 3 or more Students for Family-Based Faith Formation (confirmation of enrollment in Family-Based Faith Formation is pending approval. You will be notified via e-mail if you are approved for the Family-Based Format). Registration closes August 1st.

*If you need to register 4 students, please complete this ticket option and then come into the Parish Office to add the information for your 4th student.
