Registration Information
Conference registration payments are processed offline. After submitting your registration, the ICR Treasurer will issue an invoice with payment instructions.
Please note that the conference program is divided between two host cities. Participants are responsible for arranging and booking their own accommodations throughout the conference. ICR will provide transportation between the designated conference hotels and all official off-site conference activities.
By registering for the conference, participants acknowledge and accept these arrangements.

The International Council of Museums (ICOM) and ICR are committed to protecting personal data and respecting participant privacy in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Personal information submitted through conference registration forms will be used solely for purposes related to conference organization, administration, communication, and participation management. Information will only be accessible to authorized organizers and relevant ICOM personnel where necessary for conference administration.
Personal data will not be shared with unrelated third parties and will be retained only for as long as necessary for legitimate conference and organizational purposes.
By registering, participants consent to the processing of their information for conference-related purposes.
