This privacy notice on the processing of personal data (“Privacy Notice”) describes how CMC S.p.A. (hereinafter, “CMC” or “Data Controller”) processes personal data relating to entities with whom it has (or it is willing to have) contractual relationships, including their personnel or point of contact, collected during the administration of the relevant contractual relationship, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the “GDPR”), the applicable national and European legislation (including the Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003, as further amended), as well as the relevant measures and guidelines issued by the national and European data protection authorities (jointly, “Applicable Legislation”).
