24 June 2026 | MTAA MedTech on the Hill - Tech Showcase – Exhibitor Expression of Interest (EOI)

Thank you for your interest in participating in the MTAA MedTech on the Hill Tech Showcase. Please review the below information and answer the below to assist MTAA in assessing alignment with Showcase objectives and broader advocacy priorities.

The MedTech Showcase spotlights the technologies revolutionising how care is delivered and accessed across Australia, featuring powerful first-hand patient stories demonstrating the real-world impact of medical technology.

Because of strong member interest in showcasing technology, and the limited number of exhibitor places available, EOI’s may need to be assessed competitively.  Some key criteria include:

Type of technology – the extent the technology will resonate with attending politicians (e.g. a stall with pamphlets about the technology is typically not as effective as technology that can be physically touched and/or is particularly impressive to a layperson).

Alignment with MTAA/industry advocacy priorities – for example, digital health technology suffering from funding challenges or PL listing challenges.

Demonstrable value relevant to politicians/government priorities - Examples may include reduction in hospital bed days, cost savings, improved clinical outcomes, reduced complication rates, workforce efficiency gains, etc.

- Patient and/or clinician attendance – Ability to bring a patient or clinician relevant to the technology (this can both improve conversation impact and be leveraged to secure that patient or clinician’s local member of Parliament to attend)

πŸ“… Date: Wednesday, 24 June 2026

 πŸ•” Time: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

πŸ“ Venue: Mural Hall, Parliament House, Canberra

There is also the opportunity to attend without exhibiting technology.
