Led by NMBA Vice-Chairman Dr. Sabrina Pack, the Idea Exchange is a structured, interactive conversation where broadcasters come together to share what’s working, talk through challenges, and learn from one another. Through guided table discussions, participants will identify key issues, exchange solutions, and leave with actionable “gold nuggets” and fresh perspectives to strengthen their organizations.

Dr. Pack, a rural broadcaster with more than 20 years of industry experience and a university professor at Western New Mexico University, brings both real-world insight and proven facilitation expertise to guide this high-impact session.
