Tickets available for purchase at the door for $75.

-Max of two hosts per table. 

-A sponsor fee of $500 is required to decorate a table. Payment is due no later than October 1. You will need to provide all materials and decor. Black and white tablecloths are provided by Amarillo Club, if needed.

-Tables will be professionally judged to determine the winner. Attendees vote "People's Choice" table

- Setup must be done the evening prior, October 15, from 4-7pm. Final touches must be complete by 3:30pm October 16.

-Silent Auction Gift: Each sponsor is required to provide a unique gift for our silent auction with a $100 minimum value. 100% of the silent auction proceeds benefit Heal the City.

-Free entry for up to two hosts
