By registering your child(ren) you accept the following Waiver:
I understand all reasonable safety precautions will be taken by Orthodoxy Today and Orthodox Youth & Young Adult Ministries (OYM) during this event for which I am registering my child(ren). I understand the possibility of unforeseen hazards and know the inherent possibility of risk.
In consideration of the right to participate in this event I do hereby, for my child(ren), waive and release any and all claims for damages which may accrue to my child(ren) against Orthodoxy Today and OYM, their leaders, employees, and/or volunteers arising from my participation in this event. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orthodoxy Today and OYM, their leaders, employees, and/or volunteers from any expenses, claims, or damages incurred as a result of claims, actions and/or suits brought by me, my child or on my behalf or on my child's behalf or by anyone else as a result of any accident or injury occurring to me or my child.
If any emergency medical treatment is required during this event, I consent to Orthodoxy Today and/or OYM undertaking, arranging for, or consenting to the treatment in their discretion and that I will be responsible for any and all expenses or fees related to my and/or my child’s medical care.
