This ticket will allow access for the pre-function reception, red carpet and honor's night full course dinner and entertainment.  A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Radio, Music & Film Alliance of Georgia a 501c3 organization.

This ticket will allow access for the Friday events and Saturday Workshops only and a conference swag bag (no t-shirt will accompany your swag bag).

Your (group/dancers/i.e.)  must first be a registered conference attendee to register for a show slot.  Your performance time is 5 minutes only.  All talent showcasing will be held Friday August 16, 2024  You must submit your show/performance no later than July 31, 2024 to [email protected] and in the subject state your performance name. You must submit a MP3 file no wave files with special access codes.  

Your showcase slot will give you exclusive access to have your music played in the listening suite for additional feedback.

Register your Short Film Screening for viewing during our Friday and Saturday slots August 16-17, 2024

Please submit your film link or mp4 to [email protected] no later than May 31, 2024. You will be able to walk the red carpet, sign autographs and participate in the film makers Meet & Greet with your cast members on Friday evening at 7pm.  You must be a registered conference attendee to register a short film.

This entry is free once verified and approved.  Please email your website, social media handles and any other distribution links for to verify your media source to ssrmco[email protected] in the subject Media Red Carpet Request 

If you are approved you will receive an email with further our media participation outline.   

Media Red Carpet access does not include entry into the Conference events. This entry will accommodate One interviewer and One camera/photographer on the red carpet ONLY on Saturday August 17, 2024 6:00p-8:00p ONLY.

You must have one conference registration to accompany this option.  One table and two chairs will accompany this entry with access to an outlet.  Please bring additional extension cords if you need power.

Friday setup time is as early as 2p and on Saturday all booths must be closed and dismantled by 4:45PM.  If you have additional team member (s) that will be working your booth and they are not registered for the conference they will not have entry into the Conference events. NO EXCEPTIONS

Vending will be Friday August 16th-17th, 2024 with setup time from 2p-4p.  No food or beverages sales allowed.  Vendor registration comes with (1) table, and two chairs.

Vendor registration DO NOT give you access to the additional Conference events. 

Vendors are not allowed to sell firearm, illegal paraphernalia, food nor beverages.  Vendor setup is from Friday 3p-11p and Saturday 9a-11p.  (1-2 tables only you can have additional racks and stands however, you must provide them).

Vending will be Friday August 16th-17th, 2024 with setup time from 2p-4p.  No food or beverages sales allowed.  Vendor registration comes with (2-4) tables max, and two chairs. 

Vendor registration DO NOT give you access to the additional Conference events.  If you need more space please call 470-642-9212 so that we can place you in the proper location in our vendor pavilion.  up to 4 tables ONLY.   You can have additional clothing racks or shelfs for your display with this option.  Non-refundable registration.
