1.    Cancellations received 60 days prior to show start date will receive a 100% refund.

2.    Cancellations received 59 – 31 days prior to show start date, will receive a 100% refund less a $75.00 cancellation charge per booth.

3.    Cancellations received 30 days or less prior to show start date will receive a 100% refund less a 25% per booth cancellation charge, providing the booths can be resold. Booth registration fees will not be refunded for booths that cannot be resold.
