Winter Retreat Registrations are only partially refundable on these metrics. 

January 1st - 17th Refunds of 75% will be offered to anyone who cancels their registration

January 17th - February 1st Refunds of 50% will be offered to anyone who cancels their registration

February 1 - February 5th Refunds of 25% will be offered to anyone who cancels their registration

After February 5th there will be no refunds provided, even if a student is not able to come to camp. These regulations are in place because we have to plan adequate staffing for cabin leaders and support staff based on the numbers of registration.
